The Rock Time School program is a performance-based, goal-oriented program for students who have learned the basics on their instrument.  Students learn a pre-determined set list of songs for two months during weekly lessons, then practice and perform those songs as a full band.  Rock Time is about learning how to perform on stage and play live for a crowd.

If you play guitar, bass, piano, drums, or sing lead or backup, you can register for the class.

What Students Learn

  • How to play your instrument with other band members
  • Keeping the beat
  • Learning to play through mistakes
  • Improvising
  • How to play standing up
  • How drummers keep it going
  • Using guitar accessories
  • Lead singing and backup singing
